Event Calendar

We believe strongly that support after surgery is an important part of our patients success. Accordingly, we have implemented two programs to assist patients with their post-surgical needs.

The first is an education and peer support based program located here in Grand Rapids at 2060 East Paris SE, Suite 100. This group meets on the first and third Thursday of the month and is facilitated by one of our staff members. Highlights include special speakers, field trips, hot topics and personal story sharing.

The second is an off-site peer support based program located at various sites throughout Michigan. These groups are lead by successful patients who have attended training sessions with our key staff. This program offers patients who live a distance from Grand Rapids an opportunity for support.

Both support programs are open to pre and post surgical patients and their support persons. We welcome the opportunity to assist potential patients with their research efforts prior to choosing surgery as a weight managment tool.
